SAP Enters Small and Midsize Business Market in Michigan Area with New Distribution Agreements

BM Associates, Inc. Joins the World’s Leading Provider of Business Software Solutions to Deliver SAP® Business One Solution to Local Businesses

DETROIT, Mich. - July 16, 2003 - SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) today announced the selection of qualified development and distribution partner to deliver its new SAP® Business One software solution to small and midsize businesses throughout Michigan. This new development and distribution partner, BM Associates, Inc. was chosen for their combined local small-business market acumen and superior technology consulting capabilities. As part of the regional launch of SAP Business One, SAP and its new partner will stage a series of special events, featuring an interactive mobile demonstration center, in the Detroit area to help local small-business owners understand how enterprise management technology can benefit the performance of their operations.

Working with SAP, BM Associates, Inc., will offer effective technology and business process expertise to address the enterprise management needs of small and midsize businesses across multiple vertical industries and geographic markets in the Michigan area. Designed to be affordable and easy to implement for small and midsize businesses, SAP Business One extends the benefits of SAP’s proven enterprise software solutions to a new and rapidly growing segment of the business community that requires all the benefits of sophisticated software in an easy-to-use offering.

As development and distribution partner for SAP Business One, BM Associates, Inc. will provide Michigan-area businesses with the technology and consulting knowledge to develop successful, long-term IT strategies.
